My name is Rayna, I am one of the authors of the reviews here on NEB. I am also a huge fan of paranormal and erotic romance. I like a little story with my sex. Ha ha! Yeah I said it. I am a housewife with too much time on her hands and I read like Dale Jr and the race track.

My best gal Rebekah (Bek) is also a reviewer here ( I roped her into it dangling books in front of her.  So be nice to her she is scary without a good book or chocolate.

Now a few facts: We are not paid to do this and won’t take to kindly to bribery. Okay that is a small lie. We always respond well to ARC’s from our FAB and FAVE authors. Now our opinions, as frequent as they are, are honest and blunt. If we don’t like a book we won’t trash it just for the sake of being mean. But we will tell you exactly what is going on in our heads. I have a nasty habit of speaking my mind and talking trash about stupid people. My views and opinions are not something I will preach about, so this is not a soap box, but I will put the smack on you if I find I am misrepresented. Also, I am really, really trying hard to watch my language. But I can promise you that I will not drop the F-Bomb.  Ever. But some excerpt do. And I will post adult warnings of those times. If I can remember.

REBEKAH 

So Rayna has asked me to do a brief bio on myself.  Geez where do I start? I’m Australian, married with one child, work full time and love reading.  But I guess you want to know more than that.  I could say that I’m 5’4(on a good day) have long brown hair and like most of us out there could lose a couple of kilograms (for the American’s out there substitute pounds for Kilo’s).

However I’ll start with what authors make me jump around the room like a lunatic.  They would be, in no particular order, C L Wilson, Anne McCaffrey (seriously who can go past MS McCaffrey for dragons) Karen Marie Moning, Lynsay Sands, LA Banks and well you get the idea.  I love reading.  Before becoming a reviewer, I could read one to two books a day.  Now I tend to take a couple of days to read and review a book.  Well I still read a book in a day but then I tend to mull it around in my mind for a day before writing a review. I have a 45 minute commute to and from work and I find this the best time to think about the book I just read and get my thoughts straight.

Rayna is a best gal pal.  She and I spend most days talking via yahoo messenger and she helps make the day at work not seem so dreary and it flies right by.  We can and do talk about everything.  I’m saying on any given day we could be talking about radioactive coffee cups to how I am going to make her eat Vegemite.  It is such an honour and a pleasure to be part of her site and I support her 250% lol
